The SAVe ventilator should receive annual preventative maintenace and calibration every 12-18 months. Normal turnaround time is 14 business days.
Once you checkout please send an email to service@automedx.com to receive an RMA and shipping directions.
If the unit needs repairs, a service technician will send an estimate for the additional cost of any parts.
